Good evening all WOSSC members,

All members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Westminster Old Scholars’ Soccer Club will take place at approximately 7:30pm on the 17th of October at the Marion Hotel.

This meeting has been called to:

• Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.

• Consider a special resolution to adopt amendments to the Club’s Constitution – in particular amendments to Section 6 (Membership) and Section 7 (The Committee).
The Club’s current Constitution and proposed amendments can be found attached to this post as PDF files.

• Elect Office Bearers – including President, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee Members. More information about the nomination process and General Committee roles will be announced in the following week.

• Any other business requiring consideration by the Club.
