Ladies & Gentlemen,

WOSSC is very pleased to once again be participating in the Westminster School Fair on the 7th of April.

We’ll be running a Slushie Machine and Popcorn Stall, along with organising the event parking.

The Fair is our biggest fundraiser as a club, and we hope that everyone will try their best to make themselves available during the following times:

Shift 1: 8:00am – 10:30am
Shift 2: 10:30am – 1:00pm
Shift 3: 1:00pm – 3:30pm

Please state your availability to volunteer by RSVP’ing to this event at your earliest convenience. Once done, please leave a comment telling us which time slots you are available for. Please be aware that Reserves will need to be at their game by 12:15pm and Firsts by 2:15pm. Thirds have a bye round.

We are aware that team selections will alter your availability, so the coaches and committee will alter the rosters based on team selections early that week. Thank you in advance for your support.
